The house was clean and spacious and the pool is stunning. Everything was amazing from the minute we came in until we left. Stunning neighborhood with shuls and food minutes away. We were there for the 2nd time in 2 years and both times Florida Kosher Villas” did an amazing job. I would recommend for anybody traveling solo or with family to check them out. We will definitely be coming back there very soon with Florida Kosher Villas at our side. Thank you Weinbergers for everything, really appreciated!

Our family recently returned home from a stay in the Platinum Villa and the adjoining Garden Suite. We have not stopped marveling at the spotless condition of the house, the upscale decor, and the amenities provided, down to the chocolates on the beds and the fresh fruit waiting for us upon check-in. To add to our experience, the manager of the house went out of her way to assist us with any questions we had with regard to restaurants and appropriate activities for the many different age groups in our family.
We come at least once a year to Florida and, from now on, the Platinum Villa and Garden Suite will be our one and only choice of accommodations.

What a wonderful vacation! A new, large, clean and spacious house with a pool and garden in the back and a great hot tub. The Sunflower Villa was perfect for our young family. The location was ideal, on the a quiet block near the canal, and a short distance to everything kosher. We have already decided to come back again next year!

We can’t thank you enough for the beautiful cozy garden suite and wonderful accommodations. It is evident the amount of thought and time that went into every detail. We stayed in the Platinum villa in North Miami Beach for winter break and we had a fabulous time. This house was much nicer and cleaner than other houses we have rented in the past. The management was a pleasure to deal with. The pool was very clean and we loved the screen covering that prevented the bugs from entering the pool area. We had plenty of sunshine and the kids loved the extra yard also. The house itself was amazing and my kids and wife and i really enjoyed every minute of our time there. It was stocked with the odds and ends that usually you spend the time shopping for (kois for Kiddush, Havdala candles, matches, blech, coffee and tea, and much more). The house is on a great block filled with frum families. we felt like we were almost in a bungalow colony, as my kids met so many other children their age to play with on Shabbos afternoon. We had a really good positive experience and we highly recommend this house for Frum couples and families. It was perfect on every level. If you want to take a vacation in North Miami Beach, this is the place to do it!

We rented the Aquamarine Villa from Florida Kosher Villas and it was our very best vacation ever. We enjoyed having an entire home to ourselves as opposed to a single room in a hotel. Complete with a fully stocked kosher kitchen and our own private pool + hot tub, we loved everything about our accommodations.. The house was VERY CLEAN. Every little detail was taken care off including a Becher for Kiddish, Candles, paper goods, dishes, tablecloths for shabbos, etc. . FKV also provided a huge binder with all local information including Shuls, Minyanim, and where to eat.,This was our very best kosher vacation ever. It was a pleasure to deal with the Weinbergerrs.

Hi, to summarize a bit of our stay the last few days in the Aquamarine Villa We rented this stunning property with all amenities a Heimisher vacationer could possibly wish for. The personalized service is extraordinary and we never felt as if we were pestering or being a burden We cant wait to come again and utilize a well earned vacation @ Florida Kosher Villas. Thanks again for everything. The Weinbergers and their staff go above and beyond and we really noticed that and appreciated it so much, as it made our vacation so much better than we had expected.

We went for a long extended weekend and Shabbos Getaway with my Sister and her husband. Two Couples. Two Master Bedrooms with private bathroom in each room. The main suite had a large shower Shvitz. Very unexpected good surprise for us and a really nice large warm pool and Jacuzzi. Near everything. PERFECTION!

Since it was my first time renting from Florida Kosher Villas, I didn’t really know what to expect. We have friends that have rented with them in the past, and they had nothing but good things to say. Needless to say, I still wasn’t entirely convinced they could live up to the hype. After more than 2 weeks at one of their properties in North Miami Beach, I can finally speak with authority. They are the absolute best! Not only was the house we selected far nicer than they even let on, but the managers took such personal care of us that I felt like we were guests at a five star resort. On several occasions when I needed help, or to borrow an item I forgot at home, they rushed right over to take care of us immediately. What’s more, the community we were in was incredibly warm and hospitable.

The Eden Villa was exactly as described, the five star service was more than we expected. The house was very well maintained & extremely clean. The house is located in a quiet area with all kosher amenities very close by. The pool was very enjoyable & relaxing!!! We will definitely come back, as our vacation was extremely enjoyable!!

Thanks for a great experience. I recently traveled with my two teenage sons and brother in law for a 5 day pre-Pesach trip. It was fantastic. The accommodation was way better than expected and the value for the money was exceptional. Kosher kitchen, large 4 bedroom house, private pool, next to many shuls. What more could we ask for? I had been debating going to a hotel but this is one of those things you have to experience yourself and then are sold on for life. I’d like to bring family down for summer and future Yom Tovim. The Adina Villa was scrupulously maintained. The amenities were as promised, and most of all, Shaya manages his properties with a passion and concern that is scarce among property managers. Iy”h when I go back again to North Miami Beach, we intend to take the Adina Villa again.

Was by far the best and most comfortable house we have stayed in in the past 8 years. It was spotless and clean and very comfortable. The pool area/patio is the largest and nicest in North Miami Beach. The water was crystal clear complete with great outside patio furniture on both sides the pool.
The living room had beautiful new leather couches and love seats,bright and airy with a spectacular full length view of the pool,and the kitchen had all the comforts of home.
The bedrooms were new and spacious and the master bathroom was completely new.
We are looking forward to coming back to the house and thank you for making our vacation so enjoyable.

I often travel to vacation with my family to Florida and in the past I’ve rented houses through VRBO. The past few times I needed to stay in N Miami Beach and I rented my house through Florida Kosher Villas. What a world of difference it was compared to VRBO! The house was exactly as it appeared on the website, beautiful, clean and no surprises. The service and personal attention I received from the whole FKV team was second to none. They arranged a car & driver to pick us up at the airport. Not only was the car waiting for us, the driver was actually waiting at the baggage carousel to carry the luggage to the car for us. Travelling with family is often stressful. Shaya and his team made the experience a pleasure. Thank you again for making our vacation experience memorable.

We’ve been vacationing in North Miami Beach for years, but never had such a superlative stay.The house was spacious and beautiful beyond belief with leather couches spread throughout the house and TVs wherever you turned. The kitchen was up-to-date with all stainless steel appliances and loads of counter space with a roomy breakfast nook. The beds were wide and comfortable and the bathrooms had the latest state of the art fixtures. A/C was great! The pool was gorgeous with plenty of outdoor furniture. Backyard is tremendous like a beautiful park. Promise you we’re coming back again.

What an amazing vacation we just spent in North Miami Beach, thanks to the staff of Florida Kosher Villas. We stayed in the Adina Villa which was clean and beautiful with a huge pool and plenty of sun exposure.. The feel of relaxation from sitting on the outdoor patio is something that will stay with us for a long time. NMB is a fantastic location for any family wanting a vacation. Great neighborhood, many local attractions, and tons of choices of where to eat out. What made it so incredible was the service we received from the entire FKV staff. Everyone went above and beyond in helping with whatever we needed. I would highly recommend them to other people looking for a great vacation experience.

We would like to thank Shaya and his team for the outstanding professional service by which they handled our vacation group. We were treated like royalty from the moment we first spoke with Bina to book the villas, all the way through the day of checkout. The staff was very friendly and professional and easy to work with. No waiting hours for responses. They respond faster than any other company we’ve tried. Shifra and her houskeeping staff went above and beyond in every possible way. Our stay at the Platinum Villa was great – we really enjoyed it and everything was setup and prepared beautifully. esti the manager was always available to assist us with anything needed throughout our stay. We were in close proximity to shuls and kosher dining groceries and shopping. and there is no hassle with parking and you have your own privacy and calm relaxing vacation.
